Natural Breast Enlargement Exercises

If you want to build a beautiful bust then there are natural breast enlargement exercises that you can do to help you achieve your goals. Whether you have a larger chest or a smaller chest, a woman with a muscle toned chest is sexy and attractive to men and admired by women.

There are five basic exercises that I’m going to share with you that you can do once or twice a week to build a sexy, firm, and defined chest that perks up your breasts and strengthens your upper by as well.

As a woman you can start doing these push-up exercises on your knees (half push-ups) and eventually, as you grow stronger, do them with your full body on your feet (full push-ups). Also, just do as many as you can but aim for 20 – 30 per set. Don’t over-exert yourself though, and know your personal limits.

If you can do only 10 of each exercise, do 10. Just do your best and you’ll begin to see beautifying results in your natural breast enlargement exercises within 3 to 4 weeks.

1. Standard Push Ups. Get down on your knees or feet. Place hands shoulder width apart on the mat/floor. Keep back and abs tight and lower straight body a few inches from floor. Come back up but don’t lock out your arms when doing push-ups. Repeat 20 -30 times. Remember to breathe in when going down and exhale when coming up.

2. Military Push-Ups. Get down on your knees or feet. Place hands underneath the chest muscles by the ribs on either side. Keeping arms and elbows tight against your sides, perform standard push-up movement. Keep back and abs tight and lower straight body a few inches from floor. Come back up but don’t lock out your arms when doing push-ups. Repeat 20 -30 times. Remember to breathe in when going down and exhale when coming up.

3. Wide Fly Push-Ups. Get down on your knees or feet. Place hands about 3 inches wider or away from shoulders on each side. Keep back and abs tight and lower straight body a few inches from floor. Remember to breathe in when going down and exhale when coming up.

5. Decline Push-Ups. Elevate your feet from a chair, step, or bench while your hands are on the ground. Place hands shoulder width apart on the mat/floor. Keep back and abs tight and lower straight body a few inches from floor. Your head will hit the floor if you don’t remember to lift your head a bit when you go down. Come back up but don’t lock out your arms when doing push-ups. Repeat 20 -30 times. Remember to breathe in when going down and exhale when coming up.

Take a 30 second to 1 minute break.
